As the Founder and Headteacher at the FAR Academy, I am here to help, guide, and support you and your young person throughout your journey with us. My aim is to make sure you both feel confident, understood, and equipped to grow academically and personally. Together, we will create a personalised educational programme that reflects your young person’s unique strengths, interests, and aspirations, helping them achieve their goals and work towards a positive, fulfilling future.

As the FAR Academy’s Academic Lead, I place the learning and wellbeing of our young people at the heart of my work, ensuring that students feel supported and confident throughout their educational journey. If any academic concerns arise, I am here to listen, offer guidance, and help find effective solutions. Working closely with our SENDCO, I can also support you with questions about EHCPs and SEND provision, ensuring each young person receives the right support.

I am the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator at the FAR, and my role is to ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Drawing on both personal and professional experience, I am deeply committed to creating an environment where every young person feels understood, valued, and empowered. My aim is to help each student overcome challenges, celebrate their strengths, and build confidence for a positive future.

As the FAR’s Family Liaison Officer (FLO), I place the wellbeing of our young people at the centre of everything I do, ensuring that both students and families feel supported throughout their time with us. If any concerns arise, whether in college or in a young person’s personal life, I am here to listen, offer guidance, and provide signposting. Working closely with our SENDCO, I can also support you with questions about EHCPs and SEND provision, helping you access the right support.
