Brent Lewis
Founder
Hey, my name is Brent Lewis, I am the Founder and Head Teacher at the FAR Academy. I will be here to help, guide and support you during your time with us. We can work together on your custom educational programmes and make sure you achieve your goals and working towards a positive future.
Derek Riddler
Senco
Hi! My name is Derek Riddler and I am the SENCo at the FAR Academy. Being a SENCo means that I have a lot of documents to work on to ensure that you get the support that you need. I will pop into lessons, to see how you are managing in class. I also teach PSHE lessons.
Hayley Lawn
Family Liaison
Hi, my name is Hayley Lawn, and I am the Family Liaison Officer (FLO) at FAR. I am here to listen and support students and parents/carers with any questions that need answers! Young people’s wellbeing is at the centre of my role as FLO. Should any concerns arise within college or personal difficulties, I am here to listen, support and offer advice/signposting. I work closely with our SENCo and together we aim to help you with any questions you may have regarding your young person’s EHCP and education.
